New resident thanks neighbors

As a new Fallbrook resident, I’d like to thank some of the first people I met here. First, there was the neighbor who loaned me tools when I was trying to put in a new mailbox with a plumbers wrench and a gardening trowel. As it turned out, I didn’t even need them because while I was gone, apparently the mailbox fairies came! And they were packin’ heat (tools). Mailbox was attached, poled and cemented. Thanks, guys.

The other night, my foster dog got out of the yard. Unfortunately it was after 1 a.m., so driving around yelling his name, although necessary, was no doubt annoying to any sleepers...
