During my first visit for lunch at Brother’s Bistro, I and several guests were pleasantly surprised! Ron waited on us and was warm and welcoming, yet professional and provided wonderful thoughtful service. It was a truly special dining experience!
The Koi pond and waterfall were delightful and soothing and added so much to our dining experience. We had decided during that visit that we would add Brother’s Bistro to our list of favorite places to dine!
Later, in the mail, I received an unexpected note from Dee Nusser, (proprietor of Brother’s Bistro with her husband Ron). That was such a pleasant surprise! In this day this is hardly ever done. This just makes this Bistro even more outstanding. This was just plain, old-fashioned courtesy, caring, and genuine appreciation being expressed - a lost art.
There have been several dining establishments in Fallbrook that we have experienced over the years. Most we have not returned for one reason or another, mostly the feeling that “they” did not particularly value their patrons, so we went elsewhere. That is not the case with Dee and Ron. Thank you for being in Fallbrook! We should have experienced you sooner, but oft times have gone out of town to other restaurants. NOW, that is changed!
We have highly recommended Brother’s Bistro to all. We are looking forward to experiencing superb dining there again!
