Retired Teachers start off year with awards and recognition

FALLBROOK – The California Retired Teachers Association (CalRTA) Fallbrook Division 81 met recently to start its new year with awards and recognitions for members.

CalRTA member Genevieve Smith introduced Brian Kane, the recipient of the Laura E Settle Scholarship of $2000. Kane is enrolled in the Liberal Studies, Integrated Credential with an emphasis in history, working toward his teaching credential at CSUSM in San Marcos.
