A decade of growth: Vivian Banks Charter School goes from lowest performing percentile to above average

Vivian Banks Charter School, located on the Pala Indian Reservation, has gone from being one of the lowest performing schools in San Diego County to being above average, according to the California Academic Performance Index results released last week.
