Fire Dept. Open House Oct. 9

FALLBROOK – North County Fire Protection District will hold its annual Open House on Sat., Oct. 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the fire station located at 315 E. Ivy Street in the downtown area.

Kids will have an opportunity to meet Smokey, Pluggie, and Stella the Search and Rescue Dog at the event.

Live fire department demonstrations will take place and youth will have an opportunity to participate in an interactive children’s area.

Antique fire engines, rescue and law enforcement vehicles and helicopters will be on display.
