Time extension approved for Live Oak Park Road subdivision

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors approved a time extension to complete infrastructure improvements for a 58.03-acre subdivision along Live Oak Park Road.

The supervisors’ 5-0 vote September 15 extends the performance completion date from September 18, 2010, to September 18, 2012. The completion date is when streets, drainage, and water facilities must be completed; the residential units themselves do not need to be completed by that deadline.
