Miller reaches ten wins for Del Mar; places sixth among trainers

For the second consecutive year San Luis Rey Downs Thoroughbred Training Center trainer Peter Miller reached ten wins at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club meet.

Meter Me Gone won the sixth race September 8, the meet’s final day, to give Miller his tenth win. Miller concluded the meet with ten wins, nine second-place finishes, and three third-place results in 59 starts. His horses earned $278,860 during the meet.

“It was a great meet,” Miller said. “I’m happy with the way the meet went.”
