Enjoying the wild, wild west at Stage Coach Sunday

Eight-year-old Klare Dundas finds the apple-bobbing event a good way to cool off in the over 100-degree heat that day and snags a juicy apple to boot.

A representative from Pacific Animal Productions of Fallbrook provided a very entertaining and educational show that included this 34-year-old cockatoo named Angel. Watching the show, in the background, is eight-year-old Angel Leverett.

Jim and Norine Honea locate some items they want to bid on in the silent auction at Stage Coach Sunday. Proceeds from the event support the Fallbrook Land Conservancy.
