SR76 is not a done deal

The one and only Caltrans 76 East Section three-hour open house public meeting is over but it is not the end – only the beginning. The public has until Nov. 2 to make specific comments to Caltrans addressing elements of the 76 east section Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR).

After Nov. 2, Caltrans shuts the door and no further comments will be recognized. Then Caltrans will make a decision on the “preferred route” and public comments will be included in that decision.
