The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) board was presented with the first versions of potential revenue-constrained regional transportation plans.
SANDAG did not take any action on the plans at its September 24 board meeting, as the presentation was for discussion only. Four revenue-constrained scenarios cover a transit-emphasis network, a rail-freight emphasis network, a highway-emphasis network, and a fusion network based on preferences identified in a recent public opinion telephone survey.
