Fitness Challenge shows average Fallbrook adult overweight; children in healthy weight range

FALLBROOK – Saturday, Oct. 2, was the kick-off event for what the Fallbrook Healthcare District plans to make an integral part of its annual Health Fair. From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., approximately 250 people attended the Fallbrook Fitness Challenge activities at Live Oak Park. The array of fitness information, demonstrations and participatory activities ranged from A to Z-aerobics to Zumba.
