Four Warrior girls medal at Dana Hills Invitational

Four members of Fallbrook High School’s girls cross-country team earned medals for finishing among the top 50 in their race at the Dana Hills Invitational meet September 25.

Two of those Warrior girls finished in the top 20 in their race. Ciera Villegas had the fastest time overall, completing the 3.0-mile course in 19:08 to take 20th place in the sophomore race.

“That’s a solid mark,” Fallbrook head coach Troy Hamlin said of Villegas’ time. “That was a very good performance for her.”

Nicole Bell had a time of 19:11 and finished 18th in the junior race.
