Sheriff's deputies have made an arrest in the Oct. 21 incident in De Luz in which a driver fired a gun at men doing work on a county roadway shortly after noon. The man was driving a red Nissan Frontier when he fired a round from a handgun at the workers. No one was injured in the incident and although deputies searched the area immediately after the shooting, the suspect was not located
