RCPA, NCFPD candidates forecast future community goals

The candidates for the North County Fire Protection District (NCFPD) and Rainbow Community Planning Association (RCPA) boards may not have running opponents, but that hasn’t stopped them from weighing in on issues they believe are important to the community.
