Staff Sgt. Joshua Cullins killed in Afghanistan

CAMP PENDLETON - Camp Pendleton is mourning the death of a 28-year-old Marine, who was the fourth locally based soldier killed in combat in Afghanistan since Saturday.

Staff Sgt. Joshua J. Cullins of Simi Valley died in Helmand Province on Tuesday, the Department of Defense announced late Wednesday.

Cullins was a member of the 1st Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, 1st Marine Logistics Group, I Marine Expeditionary Force.
