As I drove through Fallbrook last weekend, it was easy to see the 2010 election signs springing up all over town. The first ones I spotted were for Ms. Eileen Delaney, who is currently running for the Fallbrook Planning Community Group.
It did not surprise me to see that Ms. Delaney was the first candidate to have her signs in place. That is how she rolls: “First to arrive – last to leave.”
Having served on the Fallbrook Community Planning Group for the past ten years, Ms. Delaney continues to bring a wealth of experience to the table. Her contributions have been numerous. She has been instrumental in bringing new businesses to Fallbrook. She is tireless and unwavering in her support for the military.
Her personal effort and dedication to keeping the lines of emergency communications up and running during the 2007 wildfires was exemplary. She is ready to volunteer to solve any problem and find a solution that will be beneficial to all.
If Fallbrook ever had “a little engine that could,” it can be found in Ms. Delaney. I hope Fallbrook residents will continue to keep this valuable asset on our Planning Group.
