A solution for SR76 expansion

On behalf of the residents of Fallbrook Oaks Home Owners Association, I would like to offer the following: a cursory analysis of the SR76 Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) will lead to the conclusion that the decision on the choice of routes is nothing more than a political decision.

It is clear that there is an agreement to protect Vessels Ranch. The statements in the DEIR covering the ranch are so biased they are obviously fiction. Why is the CalTrans design shown going right through the middle of the ranch? Why doesn’t the design move to either side of the ranch?
