Aggressive program begins Wednesday targeting motorists violating hands-free cell phone law

NORTH SAN DIEGO COUNTY - Law enforcement agents say the message is quite simple to vehicle drivers, "There is no phone call worth a human life," "Pay attention or pay the price," and "Don’t let distractions take away from your reaction."

Agencies will underscore those words with firm action on Wednesday, November 17 when a combined enforcement program hits the streets to address those holding cell phones in their hands (talking) while driving.
