On Nov. 18, well-known retired Fallbrook physician Dr. Roy Hiscock will turn 90 years old. After nine decades of living, Hiscock says he has seen a progression in technology that has been very exciting, but changes in the American lifestyle that haven’t been as heartening.
“I have seen so many, many advances in medicine and hundreds of other things, but I worry that innocence and trust, and simple things like families eating together at night, have been lost,” said Hiscock. “I truly believe that was the good foundation for our future.”
