Franz given service award by Fallbrook Rotary

FALLBROOK – Bob Franz, member and past president of Rotary Club of Fallbrook, was awarded the club’s Service Above Self award for the month of October.

Each month the membership selects one member, who in their view best represented the Rotary Motto of “Service Above Self.”

Franz was in charge of the San Diego Rotary District 5340’s annual district conference, held in Fallbrook in October, the first time the event has been held here.

Making the award presentation was the District Governor Dave Breeding, a member and past president of the Fallbrook

Rotary Club.
