Marine Corps leaders recently unveiled the second phase to the unique Infantry Immersion Trainer (IIT) at Camp Pendleton, Nov. 16.
The $28.59 million IIT is designed to prepare squads of Marines for battle by immersing them into scenarios they may encounter during combat operations in Afghanistan.
