TOPS celebrates accomplishments

FALLBROOK – Members of the Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) group in Fallbrook recently celebrated numerous accomplishments.

Cecilia Salter received a special award for losing more than 10 pounds in her first 45 days as a member.

Sue Russell presented Keep Off Pounds Sensibly (KOPS) pins to four of the five KOPS members in the chapter. KOPS are members that have reached their goal weight and are currently in the maintenance mode.
