Open Letter to the Fallbrook-Bonsall community

We are asking for the favor of monetary donations to take care of our mother who has been in a coma at Fallbrook Hospital since October 26.

In a few days, she is going to be discharged and it is up to us to get qualified help to take care of her. Her name is Maria Cortez, and she is 54 years old.
