Delarosa chosen for Phi Theta Kappa

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook resident Kathryn Delarosa was inducted into the Alpha Omega Rho Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Palomar College on Dec. 3. Delarosa, majoring in nursing, is the daughter of Kathryn J. Powell and Ernest L. Powell of Fallbrook, and is married to Jose Luis Delarosa.
