FALLBROOK – Family, friends and out-of-town guests gathered at Fallbrook's Living Waters on Dec. 4 to celebrate Jim and Penny Bowles' 50th wedding anniversary. Clark VanWick, senior pastor at Calvary Chapel Bible Fellowship-Temecula, officiated.
The groom then led his bride and family in communion. A concert featuring well known recording artist Marty Goetz and his wife, Jennifer, followed the renewal ceremony. Son Jim of Las Vegas, daughter Malinda of Denver, and five grandchildren attended. Malinda, joined by three granddaughters, gifted the couple musically with “Give Me Jesus” earlier in the celebration.
