Horn honored as "Partner of the Year" by FACT

SAN DIEGO - Vice Chairman and Fifth District County Supervisor Bill Horn received the 2010 Norine Sigafoose Partner of the Year Award on December 7 from the Board of Directors of Full Access & Coordinated Transportation (FACT). The award recognizes individuals who have made a significant difference in support of FACT’s mission to provide transportation solutions for persons with disabilities, seniors and other populations with unmet transportation needs in San Diego County.
