SAN DIEGO (Wire Service) - San Diego and Riverside County residents reported feeling the largest of a string of earthquake aftershocks that rocked the Imperial Valley overnight and today.
The largest shaker hit at 11:04 p.m. Friday and had an estimated magnitude of 4.2. Persons all across San Diego County told the U.S. Geological Service they felt it, as well as people as far away as Murrieta and Palm Springs. Its epicenter was on the U.S.-Mexico border, just east of the San Diego County town of Jacumba.
