FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Vintage Car Club recently made a donation to REINS in memory of Todd Plischke, who passed away on November 3.
During his life, Plischke was a special education student in the Fallbrook school system and an enthusiastic member of the REINS organization. REINS representatives said Plischke spent many happy hours riding at the facility.
In addition, Plischke was an avid sports fan and former manager of the Fallbrook High School varsity football team. His #12 jersey was retired at the end of his senior year at the school. Friends and family have said he was loved an...
