Dennis McLoughlin

Dennis McLoughlin was born in Massachusetts on August 30, 1945 and passed away on December 14, 2010 of natural causes in Escondido, Calif.

Dennis is survived by his daughter, Stephanie; granddaughter, Athena; stepson, Robbie; his two brothers, Robert and Joseph; his sister, Anna; and their families; and a world of friends.

The family moved from Massachusetts to Encinitas, Calif. in 1952 where Dennis spent his youth and formative years. Before he followed his dreams and moved to Alaska, he developed his skills as a cabinetmaker and a chef’s assistant which he fine-tuned in Alaska. He loved peop...
