Property owners in the former Permanent Road Division zones covering Capra Way and Tumble Creek will be receiving refunds on the assessments they paid for road improvements completed at costs under the total collected amount.
The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 December 7 to return $13,600 of assessments to Capra Way property owners and $48,000 of assessments to the property owners of the former PRD zone which included Tumble Creek Lane and Tumble Creek Terrace.
