Christmas came early for more than 300 families enrolled in Camp Pendleton’s Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) as they enjoyed their annual holiday party at the Abbey Reinke Community Center, Dec. 6.
Since 1987, the EFMP has assisted active-duty service members by providing for the special needs of families with an authorized dependant family member who possesses a physical, medical, or emotional disability for a period of six months or more.
