FCPG shoots down Campus Park West - Planning Group chair says developer is "whistling Dixie"

The Fallbrook Community Planning Group (FCPG) unanimously voted to deny the plans for the Campus Park West project, presented by Pappas Investments at its board meeting Monday evening, Dec. 20.

The Campus Park West project, which is located on the northeast corner of the Interstate 15 and State Route 76 intersection, would encompass 107 acres. Pappas has requested 320 multi-family dwelling units and 35 dwelling units in a mixed-use format (commercial and residential) for a total of 355 dwelling units. The project’s design also includes one three-story and three four-story buildings.
