ATC's and noisy dirt bikes destroy the quiet

Why is it that people move to a rural, quiet area and feel that it’s quite acceptable for their children to destroy that quiet with dirt bikes and ATC’s? In the 28 years that we have lived here, there has been wave after wave of children reaching the age that their parents apparently think is time for them to have some kind of noisy dirt vehicle to race around their property on.

You should know that most of your neighbors do not appreciate this and can hardly wait for your children to grow up and move out on their own... somewhere else. Most of us are not real crazy about the parents, either....
