Changes approved for Marquart subdivision map

The director of the county’s Department of Planning and Land Use approved various changes to the conditions of the subdivision map for a 44.21-acre parcel in Bonsall.

DPLU director Eric Gibson’s Dec. 13 decision alters road improvement requirements and timing conditions for the property owned by the Marquart family. The amendments do not change the boundaries for the nine single-family residential lots which will be constructed in the 8700 block of West Lilac Road.
