Supervisors approve lien contract for Morro/Elder subdivision

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors approved an amendment to a subdivision improvement agreement for a 1.64-acre parcel at the northeastern corner of Morro Road and East Elder Street.

The supervisors’ 5-0 vote Dec. 8 approves a substitution of parties to reflect a change in ownership and also replaces security bonds with a lien contract and holding agreement. The property had been owned by Steven and Dawn Vande Vegte through the Vande Vegte Family Trust and is now owned by Laurie Howard through the Gregory Howard Trust.
