SAN DIEGO - At sunrise today, Coast Guard officials were expected to resume searching for an adult and three children who may have been on a pleasure boat that took on water about a mile north of Point Loma.
Coast Guard officials, along with San Diego Lifeguards, began looking for the party Wednesday night, after receiving a call from a local vessel salvage company that received a radio call for help from the group, according to the U.S. Coast Guard's public affairs office.
Crews searched for hours with no success before deciding to resume checking at sunrise, the office advised.
