Equine workshop to be held Jan. 22

VALLEY CENTER – The San Diego Equine Safety Net Coalition is holding a workshop on Jan. 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Armstrong Feed & Supply, 28520 Cole Grade Road, in Valley Center. Local vets will offer education on nutrition, dentistry, senior care, foot care and a special booth to “ask a vet.” The Valley Center Large Animal Services Team, (part of the County of San Diego’s Dept. of Animal Services), and the San Diego Humane Society will also be at the event which will include an opportunity drawing.
