Seminar offered on end-of-life topics

FALLBROOK – On Jan. 22, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Hilltop Center for Spiritual Living will host an informational seminar, “Starting the Conversation,” relating to end of life topics.

Information presented will include advanced health care directives, POLST, organ donation, planning an end-of-life gathering, Social Security and Veterans benefits, final care options, bereavement, and more.
