VFW Post 1924 celebrates 70-year anniversary

FALLBROOK – Feb. 2, 2011 will mark the 70th anniversary of The Charles E. Swisher Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1924. The public is invited to join in the celebration by attending a spaghetti dinner at 5:30 p.m., with cake to follow.

VFW members and staff take great pride in the services they provide and the success the Post has had throughout its 70-year history. Post 1924 is the only military organization in Fallbrook that provides an opportunity for patriotic citizens to enjoy the many events and community services it sponsors.
