Osteoarthritis, group exercise topics of Healthy Woman program

FALLBROOK – On Thursday evening, Jan. 27, ladies attending the Healthy Woman program will hear valuable information about osteoarthritis and group exercise.

The program will be hosted from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. by Club Paradise Fitness Express at 706 S. Main Ave., and will include free refreshments, door prizes, and more.

Ben Thomas, D.O. (physical medicine and rehabilitation) and Jennifer Paull (director of rehabilitation services) of Fallbrook Hospital will present the talk, “Osteoarthritis: Symptoms & Treatment Options.”
