FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Village Rotary’s meeting on Jan. 11 featured Fallbrook Union High School (FUHS) basketball coach Jeff Brandow, who gave club members a synopsis on the actions of the basketball team.
Brandow described his methods of training his team, including 11 months of running, lifting weights, and practicing on the basketball floor. He said his team members try to out-lift the football players in the weight room, and outrun the track participants.
