Fallbrook homes increase in sales price for first time in four years

For the first time in four years, both the average* and median* sales price of a home in Fallbrook reflected an increase, albeit tiny.

"We'll take any good news we can get," said Chris Hasvold, managing partner of Coldwell Banker Landmark Group.

A year-end report published by Sandicor, the San Diego County Multiple Listing Service (MLS), shows the average sales price of a home in Fallbrook in 2010 was $382,795, an increase of 0.43 percent over 2009 statistics. The median price for a home sold in 2010 was $340,000, an increase of 0.37 percent over the previous year.
