Rainbow Water adjusts employees' insurance, paid time off, and merit increases

The Rainbow Municipal Water District (RMWD) board of directors recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOA) with the association of supervisors, confidential employees and the Rainbow Employees Association, which allowed the district to set a cap on merit increases, adjust paid time off, and modify health insurance for its employees.
