Supervisors approve security bond substitution for Pala Mesa Drive subdivision

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors approved an amendment to a subdivision improvement agreement for a 13-lot subdivision in the Pala Mesa area.

The supervisors’ 5-0 vote January 26 replaces the existing security bond amount with bonds reflecting completion of some of the required infrastructure improvements. The amendments also recognize a substitution of ownership parties, and the approval includes a time extension to complete the improvements which now must be completed by January 26, 2013, if no further time extensions are granted.
