Quilt Guild to hear from quilt appraiser Feb. 3

FALLBROOK – Quilters and collectors alike will be interested in the February meeting of the Fallbrook Quilt Guild. This month’s program features quilt appraiser Julia Zgliniec whose topic will be “What It Is and What It Isn’t.”

Zgliniec, a founding member and former president of Quilt Visions, is a certified quilt appraiser. She will address the appraisal process, what one should be concerned about and whether old quilts are valuable. And, of course, do quilts need to be insured?
