Deputy District Attorney Geoff Allard has confirmed that charges have been finalized for the four individuals charged with the murder of 24-year-old Kenneth Mose in Fallbrook. Mose, a resident of Birmingham, Alabama, had been staying in Fallbrook after being encouraged to visit the area in November by a girlfriend.
“All four of these individuals have now been arraigned in court,” said Allard, who is the lead prosecutor in the case.
