Tully fifth at Victorville

In his second career race at Victorville's SoCal Raceway, Brian Tully finished fifth in the Jan. 30 Street Stocks main event.

"It went pretty well, basically," Tully said. "It was just a fun race because the car went just about wherever I wanted it to go."

The Victorville track is in the middle of a four-race winter series, and Tully made his SoCal Raceway debut Jan. 16. He was running third in his first main event before his radiator failed.

"The first race, the track was quite wet," Tully said of his Jan. 16 competition.
