Pala Raceway to address noise pollution - Tribe implements new mandatory protocol effective April 1

Rainbow and Pala residents will once again be able to enjoy the tranquility and peace that comes with living in a rural community as Pala Reservation leaders have begun working with Pala Raceway to cut down on noise pollution.

The Pala Raceway, which was built on an abandoned sand mining facility on the reservation in 2009, directly off of State Route 76, is a significant distance from most homes, but residents in Rainbow and parts of Pala and Fallbrook have been impacted by sounds coming from the track.
