Public meeting slated for Feb. 23 on proposed dump

FALLBROOK - RiverWatch, a non-profit organization formed to protect and preserve the San Luis Rey River and its watershed, announces a public information meeting will be held Wed., Feb. 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Fallbrook Library, 124 S. Mission Road concerning the proposed Gregory Canyon dump. The County of San Diego, Department of Environmental Health and Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agencies is organizing and presenting the meeting.
