Pipeline 6, Fallbrook flow control facilities among CWA's 11 deferred CIP projects

The San Diego County Water Authority voted to defer 11 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects from its 2012-13 CIP budget, including Pipeline 6, the Fallbrook 7/Rainbow 14 flow control facilities, and the Fallbrook 8 flow control facility and DeLuz 1 remote monitoring system.
